Rules for Individual Booking

  1. Individual booking can be made from 3 to 30 days prior to the date of visit via the online booking system. Reservation for less than 3 days or more than 30 days prior to the date of visit is not available.
  2. Each individual booking can contain up to 7 registrants including the applicant.
  3. A new date of booking is accepted from 7am every day.
  4. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Each applicant shall be able to visit once in 30 days.
  5. Items available for individual booking include guided tours and free shuttle bus service.
  6. If you want to use the Rehabus Dial-a-Ride Service, please complete your O · PARK1 visit booking first, then apply for the Rehabus Dial-a-Ride Service via the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation with your reservation number.

Rules for Organisation Booking

  1. Organisation booking is available from 31 to 90 days prior to the date of visit via the online booking system; booking for schools and higher education institutions is available from 31 days to 365 days prior to the date of visit by calling +(852) 2143 7510 or emailing to [email protected]
  2. Only local organisation applications are accepted for the time being.
  3. An organisation can book for a group of at most 20 persons (including accompanying staff and caretakers).
  4. Each organisation shall be able to visit not more than 2 times in 30 days. This restriction shall not apply to school applications.
  5. A new date of booking is accepted from 7am every day.
  6. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are required to provide valid document for organisation proof along with the form submission.
  7. Coach licence plate number shall be provided for registration prior to the visit. Vehicles without registration are not allowed to enter O · PARK1. Coaches can only drop-off and pick-up passengers. No parking space is provided in O · PARK1.
  8. For a group comprised of elderly, children and people with disability, they should be taken care of by the staff of the organisation throughout the visit. For a group comprised of persons with special needs, please contact O · PARK1 for prior arrangement.
  9. The groups eligible for organisation booking and the required supporting documents are listed below:

Rules for Confirmation / Amendment / Cancellation

When you make an reservation or visit O · PARK1, you fully agree to the following:

  1. Any incomplete, insufficient or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of application.
  2. Once an individual booking is confirmed, the applicant will receive confirmation by email and/or SMS (only applicable to local mobile number) within 3 working days.
  3. For an organisation booking, the applicant will receive booking result within 5 working days. For all successful applicants, they are required to present the confirmation message/ QR code to the free shuttle bus driver and the staff in O · PARK1 for registration upon arrival.
  4. All bookings are non-transferable.
  5. Should you require to amend contact person's details or licence plate number, please call +852 2143 7510 or email at [email protected] to update the details. Amendment is generally not allowed unless there is a need in reduction of the number of visitors reservation. New booking application is required for extra visitors, additional facilities reservation or change of activity.
  6. Cancellation of booking should be made at least 3 days (for individual booking) or 7 days (for organisation booking) prior to the date of visit via the online booking system (for individual booking only) or by email (for individual booking and organisation booking). Late cancellation will be regarded as no-show.
  7. Individual or organisation applicants who have booked guided tours shall arrive at the free shuttle bus stop at least 15 minutes before the reserved tour time (if the free shuttle bus service is needed) or arrive at O · PARK1 punctually (if own transportation is arranged). Late arrival for more than 15 minutes will be deemed as no-show.
  8. Three accumulative no-show cases within one year by an individual applicant will result in his/her booking right being suspended for 3 months following the last date of no-show. For organisation booking, applicants who have no-show or less than 50% of the total number of persons showing up for the visit, will have their booking right been suspended for 3 months following the day of visit/no-show.
  9. O · PARK1 does not endorse any for-profit third party to organise visits. O · PARK1 reserves the right to cancel any visit for any reason including if any person or party purports to charge any fees.

General Rules for Visit

  1. The opening hours are Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays and Public Holidays, from 9am to 6:00pm (Closed on Tuesdays).
  2. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. Group size of each guided tour is 20 persons (including accompanying staff and caretakers).
  4. No activities, banners, buntings, placement of publicity materials, photography, video or other recordings of any kind, including but not limited to, relating to or for media or commercial purposes are allowed unless with prior written approval.
  5. No cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, hazardous or inflammable items are allowed in O · PARK1.
  6. Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs accompanying a blind person).
  7. No unauthorised events, demonstrations, speeches or other public performances are allowed in O · PARK1.
  8. No cycling, scootering, rollerblading, skateboarding or ball games are allowed in O · PARK1.
  9. No flying kites, remote-controlled models or other similar devices are allowed in O · PARK1.
  10. Do not write on, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation, wall or facility.
  11. For safety reason, do not access to restricted areas.
  12. Do not leave personal belongings unattended. All found items shall be returned to office.

Special Facilities

  1. Accessible car parking spaces are available upon request.
  2. Visitors with disabilities or mobility difficulties are welcome to apply accessible guided tour. Reservation can be made in advance by customer services hotline at +852 2143 7510, or via email at [email protected].
  3. Drinking water fountains are available on G/F and 1/F of the Visitor Centre.

Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions

Visitors should pay attention to the following inclement weather arrangements. For visits that are disrupted by inclement weather, the respective visitors will not be informed by O · PARK1 separately.

O · PARK1 opening will be delayed for 3 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains hoisted at 12:00nn, O · PARK1 will be closed for whole day. Visitors will be notified of the pending closure of O · PARK1 and arranged to leave as soon as possible.
Black Rainstorm Warning

O · PARK1 opening will be delayed for 3 hours after the warning is cancelled. If the warning remains hoisted at 12:00nn, O · PARK1 will remain closed for whole day. The indoor area of O · PARK1 will remain open until the closing hour or the condition is safe for visitors to leave. All outdoor facilities will be closed until the warning is cancelled.
Red Rainstorm Warning/ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3
If the warning/signal is issued before or during the opening hours — O · PARK1 will remain open. Under adverse weather conditions, all outdoor facilities may be closed at the discretion of O · PARK1 and visitors will be advised to remain indoors.
Thunderstorm Warning/ Amber Rainstorm Warning/ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1
If the warning/signal is issued before or during the opening hours — O · PARK1 will remain open. Under adverse weather conditions, all outdoor facilities may be closed at the discretion of O · PARK1 and visitors will be advised to remain indoors.
